  Preparation:
  Matcha Latte: Mix contents of 1 packet in 6 oz of a dairy or non-dairy hot or cold milk. Stir and enjoy.
  Matcha Smoothie: Add contents of 1 packet, 6-8 oz of a dairy or non-dairy milk, and a scoop of ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
