What are Tea Points?
Tea Points are our rewards for shopping with T7 TEA. Earn points on eligible purchases, then use them for money off a future order.
How do I earn Tea Points?
You earn 1 Tea Point for every $1 of eligible product subtotal. Shipping and tax are not included.
Tea Points are added after your order reaches our Delivered status—not when the order is placed.
What are Tea Points worth?
Every Tea Point is worth $0.05 off.
- 20 points = $1 off
- 100 points = $5 off
- 200 points = $10 off
How do I use my Tea Points?
Log in to your account, add items to your cart, then open the Tea Points section in the cart or checkout. Enter the number of points you would like to use and select Apply Tea Points.
You must be logged in to earn, view, or redeem Tea Points.
Where can I see my balance?
Go to My Account → Tea Points to view your current balance and point history. On mobile, Tea Points appears under My Orders.
Do Tea Points expire?
Tea Points currently do not expire.
What are the Tea Points membership tiers?
Your tier is based on your eligible delivered-product spending during the calendar year.

For example, a Tea Reserve member earns 1.25 points per eligible $1 spent.
How are fractional points handled?
Tea Points are always awarded as whole points. Any fraction is rounded down.
For example, an eligible $19.99 purchase at the Tea Reserve tier earns 24 points.
Do previous orders count?
No. Tea Points apply only to eligible new orders placed after the program launched.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If an order that earned Tea Points is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise moved out of the Delivered status, the points earned from that order are removed.
Will I receive an email when points are added?
Not at this time. You can view your Tea Points balance and history anytime in your account.
