All of Aiya Matcha is grown and produced in Nishio city in Aichi prefecture. Nishio has been known the world over as the cradle of the finest Matcha for more than 800 years. 

How to prepare a perfect cup of Matcha?

Add 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp) into a tea bowl. Add 2 oz of hot water (180ºF). Whisk.
