Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea

• Use approximately 1–1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz of water
• Heat water to 208°F
• Steep for approximately 3 minutes
• Strain and enjoy as-is or add milk to taste

Thai Milk Tea / Iced Tea

For a richer drink, brew the tea slightly stronger, then add milk, evaporated milk, or coconut milk. Sweeten if desired and pour over ice.

For a bubble tea-style drink, add prepared tapioca pearls before serving.
