How To Prepare Imperial White Tea

To unlock the delicate layers of the white tea buds without scorching them, precision is key.

1. Measure the leaves: Per 8 oz cup.

Use 1.5 teaspoons of Imperial White Tea leaves to ensure a full-bodied flavor profile.

2. Heat your water: Target: 195°F.

Bring fresh water to 195°F (90°C). Avoid boiling water, which can scald the delicate Silver Needle and Jasmine leaves.

3. Steep mindfully: Up to 3 minutes.

Pour water over the leaves and steep for up to 3 minutes. Watch the Jasmine Pearls slowly unfurl.

4. Strain and savor: Enjoy hot or iced.
