Huang Jin Gui Oolong Tea
Huang Jin Gui, which mean "Golden Flower" is an Oolong Tea from An Xi, Fujian, China. This is a lightly roasted tea. Distinct Osmanthus flower-like aroma. The taste is rich yet complex with a flowery honeysuckle flavor. Curled yellowish green tea leaves (mixture of one bud one leaf and one bud two leaves) with stem. It has the similarity of Tie Kuan Yin, is little oxidation.

Heat Water to 195° F and steep for 2-3 minutes
