How to Place Order online

How do I place an order?
Find the item you want, select the appropriate quantity then click the "Add to cart" button. When you've finished browsing and are ready to check out, mouse over your shopping bag at the top of the screen and click "My Cart". Make sure all the products and quantities in your bag are correct and click "Proceed To Checkout" to continue. We'll take you to a secured server where you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.

What if I want to buy more of one item than the website currently allows?
You may call our Customer Care team at 214-210-3688 for help placing a large order.

How do I see what's in my shopping cart?
To see or manage the contents of your shopping cart, mouse over or click on My Cart at the top of your screen.

What forms of payment does accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and PayPal. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

How do I use a special offer/coupon code?
From time to time we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box in your Shopping Cart. Your discount will be applied to the sale total. If you have difficulty entering the code, or it does not apply the proper discount, please contact us or call our Customer Service team at 

Will I be charged tax?
It depends on where you live. We have to charge the sales tax as required by law based on the location shipped to. Loose Tea has no sales tax. We'll only collect tax amounts required by law, which may include merchandise and other services such as gift wrap and etc.

How can I check my order status on
Every time you place an order, you'll receive an email from us notifying you of its status; the shipment confirmation email will include a link to track the shipment. You may also log into My Account and select Order Status/History, then click on an order number to view details and tracking information for that order.
