How to Prepare Turmeric Sunrise Herbal Tea

• Use 1½ teaspoons of tea per 8 ounces of water.
• Heat water to approximately 208°F.
• Steep for 5 to 10 minutes according to taste.
• For a fuller and bolder cup, we recommend steeping for the full 10 minutes.
• Delicious served hot or poured over ice.
