• Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
• Heat water to 175–180°F (80–82°C).
• Steep for 2–3 minutes.

Iced Tea

• Use 1½ teaspoons per 8 oz of water.
• Brew using the hot method, then pour over ice.
• For an extra smooth, naturally sweet cup, cold brew in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours.
