Tea Purchase Credit

🎁 Each guest receives a $15 Tea Credit

The $15 tasting fee may be applied toward qualifying purchases of:

during the same visit.

Seasonal Availability

Occasionally, featured teas may be unavailable due to seasonal harvests or inventory levels.

When necessary, we will substitute with a comparable tea from the same category to ensure a complete tasting experience.

Cancellation Policy

No-Show Fee

A $15.00 fee per person applies for no-call, no-show appointments to help offset preparation time and travel expenses.

Tasting reservations are otherwise non-refundable.

Office Non-Recording Policy

To protect the privacy of all guests and maintain a comfortable tasting environment:

• Audio recording is not permitted.

• Video recording is not permitted without prior approval.

• Photography for personal use is generally welcome.
