No-Show & Late Cancellation - Tea Tasting

$50 No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee

To help us prepare for each tea tasting and make appointment times available to other guests, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

For regular tea tasting appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

For special events or off-premise tea tastings, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

Appointments cancelled after the applicable notice period, missed appointments, or qualifying late arrivals may be subject to a $50 fee.

If a no-show or late cancellation fee is charged, the fee must be paid before another tea tasting appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we may offer the appointment time to another guest.

What Is Considered a No-Show or Late Cancellation?

T7 TEA LLC considers an appointment a no-show or late cancellation when the guest:

• Does not arrive for the scheduled appointment.

• Cancels or reschedules a regular tea tasting with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancels or reschedules a special event or off-premise tea tasting with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Arrives more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate the appointment without affecting other scheduled guests.

Why This Policy Is Important

Tea tasting appointments require advance preparation and dedicated time from our staff. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, the reserved time may not be available to another guest.

Giving us adequate notice helps us:

• Prepare properly for each scheduled tea tasting.

• Keep appointments running on time.

• Make cancelled time slots available to other guests.

• Provide a better experience for everyone.

How to Avoid a No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee

Arrive on time.
We recommend arriving approximately 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to get settled before the tasting begins.

Give sufficient notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Please provide at least:

• 24 hours’ notice for regular tea tasting appointments.

• 48 hours’ notice for special events or off-premise tea tastings.
