Tea Processing

Preparation Instructions
Brewing green tea generally requires hot water at 175º (add two ice cubes for every 8 oz of boiling water to achieve this temperature). Use 1 tsp of leaves per 8 oz of water and steep for 1 minute. Hand-rolled teas like Jasmine Pearl Green Tea will take about 1 minute to allow the pearl to unfurl first. Gyukoru and Pi Lo Chun need only 30-45 seconds to steep.
