OFFICE NON-RECORDING POLICY

 

It is the strict policy of T7 TEA LLC (hereinafter referred to as “T7 TEA”), to not allow recording(s) (either video or audio), of its office location, staff, employees, or customers, clients by any other person(s), besides the T7 TEA itself. In agreeing to be treated by T7 TEA, the customers, their family members, friends, or any other related third parties, agree that they shall not record (either video or audio), at any time, while in the offices of T7 TEA, or any customers entering the T7 TEA’s physical location. If anyone violates this policy, that person shall be removed from the premises, and agrees to hand over to T7 TEA any of the unauthorized video or audio and agrees to allow T7 TEA’s employees to delete or destroy any such recordings. Furthermore, any unauthorized recordings shall become the property of T7 TEA. The reason for such a policy, is that T7 TEA has a duty to preserve and maintain its customers’ rights and confidentialities, and as such, T7 TEA is not a public space for recording, and any recording may violate the T7 TEA’s confidentiality.

I HAVE FULL READ AND UNDERSTAND OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT. AND, THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS, OR OTHER INDUCEMENTS TO SIGN THIS RELEASE HAVE BEEN MADE APART FROM WHAT IS CONTAINED
