T7 TEA is pleased to offer convenient In-Store Pickup for customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Simply place your order online and select the In-Store Pickup option during checkout. This allows you to skip shipping delays and enjoy your favorite teas and teawares sooner.


How In-Store Pickup Works

Browse our collection of premium teas and teawares at T7TEA.com and add your desired items to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Select In-Store Pickup

During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup as your delivery method.

Step 3: Wait for Your Pickup Confirmation

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an Order Ready for Pickup email.

Please wait for this confirmation before visiting our office.

Step 4: Pick Up Your Order

Visit our Dallas office during pickup hours and present your Order Ready email.

You’re welcome to browse additional teas and teawares while visiting. If you selected Pay at Pickup, please bring a valid form of payment.

Important Information

  • Only in-stock items are eligible for In-Store Pickup.

  • Out-of-stock items will be automatically canceled or pre-order.

  • Pickup orders must be collected within three (3) business days of receiving your Order Ready email.

  • Orders not picked up within the holding period will be returned to inventory.

  • If you need both shipped items and pickup items, please place separate orders.

How do I place an In-Store Pickup order?

During checkout, select In-Store Pickup as your delivery method and complete the checkout process as usual.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An online order confirmation.

  2. An Order Ready for Pickup email once your order is available.

Can I visit the showroom immediately after ordering?

No.

Please wait until you receive your Order Ready for Pickup email before visiting the showroom. This ensures your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.


What if my order is not ready within 48 hours?

While we strive to prepare orders promptly, processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.

Please wait for your Order Ready email before coming to the office.


Why do I need to bring payment if I selected “Pay at Pickup”?

If you choose Pay at Pickup, your payment method may be authorized online for verification purposes only.

Final payment will be completed when you arrive and collect your order.

This option also allows you to add additional items to your purchase and complete everything in a single transaction.


What if I selected “Pay Now”?

If you selected Pay Now, your payment will be processed during checkout.

When you arrive, please bring the same credit card used for payment to help verify your identity.

Any additional items purchased during your visit will require a separate transaction.


What if I cannot pick up my order?

Pickup orders are held for three (3) business days.

After that period, unclaimed items will be returned to inventory.

For debit card purchases, authorization holds are released according to your bank’s policies.


Can I order some items for pickup and others for shipping?

Yes.

Please place:

  • One order for In-Store Pickup

  • One separate order for Shipping

This helps ensure accurate processing and fulfillment.


What if some items are unavailable?

If certain items are unavailable, you may:

  • Pick up the available items.

  • Select an alternative product.

  • Contact our customer service team for assistance.

New inventory arrives regularly, so we encourage customers to check back often.


Are all products eligible for In-Store Pickup?

No.
