Green teas are high in antioxidant and Japanese green tea such as Gyokuro has tons of EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate), which is a type of plant-based compound called catechin. Catechins may be further categorized into a larger group of plant compounds known as polyphenols.

Here are some popular everyday green teas: Gyokuro and Sencha from Japan. Pi Lo Chun and Drangowell from China. All of these are classic green teas we can find in more of tea store or tea reseller. Japanese green are best brew with Cast Iron teapot to enjoy it natural sweet taste. And for Chinese green tea, we find commonly steep in glass teapot or ceramic teapot.
